As a V2 (Legacy) user, do I have to. Migrate my templates and playlists to V3 immediately?

You don’t need to immediately migrate your V2 templates and/or playlists to V3. The V2 will be available at least until May 2024 as a legacy version in the new GUI. However, we recommend that you do this as soon as possible. We recommend PRO users to create new playlists only in V3 and to recreate expired ones in V3. After a year at the latest, all playlists are in the new V3 version. The V2 was taken over without improvements in the same range of functions. There will be no further improvements or bug fixes there.

The series are not loaded. Why?

So that we can synchronize the series with the provider’s server, we need the M3U file from your IPTV provider. There are more and more IPTV providers who block the loading of the M3U file. Check with your IPTV provider if they allow this. If that’s the case and you still can’t sync series, create a support ticket with us.


I do not get any EPG data. Why?

The most common cause is that the EPG-ID’s are not assigned. Please read this guide. If you want to get the EPG from us, the “EPG URL” field in the playlist edit panel should be empty and at least one of our EPG sources should be selected.

Further cause could be, that a download limit (20 times / day) has been exceeded.


Which of the two versions should I use?

Try both versions. Basically the STANDARD version with the GOLD Subscription has all functions. However, this is limited to 5 playlists. If you want to manage the playlists for your friends and family, you should check out the PRO version.


Do I need a GOLD subscription to use the PRO version?

No! You don’t need a subscription to use the PRO version. Buy credits and create your playlists in the PRO version.


Will my GOLD subscription be automatically renewed?

No! Your subscription will not be automatically renewed. If you no longer need our service, you do not need to renew the subscription. Expired accounts are periodically deleted.


Where can I renew the subscription?

You can simply buy a new subscription in our shop. If your existing subscription is still valid, you will be credited for the remaining time.


My account has expired and I can’t log in anymore. Why?

Expired trial accounts will be permanently deleted after 14 days and expired subscriptions after 28 days. If your subscription is still valid, write to our support. We’ll do our best to help you.
